Welcome to Nate’s Tours. I am Nate and have been working as a Back country Guide in Hokkaido for four years now. My goal is to provide an excellent product for my guests, whether it is skiing deep powder or enjoying the culture of Japan.

Back country Guiding
- Explore into the unknown and ski unlimited fresh tracks around Hokkaido. For this product you must be competent in all terrain and have a decent fitness level for getting up hill. Full touring gear and avalanche equipment is needed, rentals can be arranged by myself if need be. The powder gets deeper when you hike for it

Hokkaido tours beyond Niseko
- If interested in exploring beyond the Niseko region this can be facilitated. I do tours up north to central Hokkaido on demand. Get in contact for discuss pricing.
Resort Guiding/ Gate Guiding
- Niseko has some awesome lift accessed back country skiing to be found. The Niseko gates require a competent level of skiing and avalanche equipment. I can arrange avalanche equipment to rented. Beyond Niseko there are some terrific smaller resorts where sometimes the powder is better and less queues. This can be accommodated if interested

Full day Ski lesson Niseko/ Rusutsu
- In a full day lesson we can work on technical skiing for all levels of skier. The terrain is fun and great for learning here in Hokkaido
